OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ZENCRAFT.TOP IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT
